The hospital was very clean and everything was accurate and the team was doing their job very good
I received excellent care in 7S by all staff. Everyone was caring, helpful and friendly. The only negative would be the food offered...very bland and limited. However, everything else was great.
I have had several procedures / care at Charing Cross and they have always cone out ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The staff were amazing, the care was around the clock which made such a huge difference
I am recovering from Breast Cancer and I would highly recommend the breast clinic at Charing Cross. The entire team were amazing and very helpful. I even had staff do an emergency vacuum biopsy on me over Christmas when the a department was not open. The breast surgery was exceptional, the reconstruction was an actual improvement on my original breast. The team from the receptionist, nurses and surgeon all work in unison together to get the best results.
Charing Cross breast clinic is a jewel in the crown of the NHS.
Fantastic experience with Mr Leff and his team. Some of the waiting areas need to be updated but this does not reflect on the quality of the staff, nor their work ethics, but the budgets allocated to the hospitals.
I was very impresed with the care of the charing cross hospital staff. Very friendly and profesional and they look after me in a very caring and profesional manner.
Excellent service due to the professional, kind and extremely patient approach of all the staff. The written communications unfortunately has arrived two/three days later due to Royal Mail strikes of general inefficiency of Royal Mail. But, hopefully I have received all the appointments also via email with the online service.
I was seen at the Urology Outpatient Day Clinic after an operation for my catheter to be removed. Nurse Veronica took me step by step through the procedures which lasted most of the day. She was very caring and I felt complete confidence in the way she dealt with me. I cannot praise her too highly.
Overall urology care in inpatient and outpatient at Charing Cross hospital has been exceptional. However the experience in Lloyds pharmacy really lets the hospital down. Long waits (90min+) without communication, incorrect average waiting timings advertised, numbers called when items aren’t ready, frail elderly people left waiting for a long time with no concern about them, not enough chairs by far in the waiting area. Customer service poor and short staffed. Overall very poorly managed, shame on Lloyds for running such a poor service. It’s really deteriorated in the last few months.
